vchrusch's food porn the other day, and decided to get off my ass and actually spend more effort on food than simply putting something in the nuker or the oven. A warning though: those actually skilled in the culinary arts may want to turn away, I'm sure I've done a gazillion things that you shouldn't do. And it's not like I'm an Iron Chef who knows how to be properly crazy. :-P
So, I mixed together a lot of BBQ sauce, some Chinese hot sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and cumin. The BBQ sauce and Chinese hot sauce together means it is of course a Rim specialty. :) Anyway, mixed well, slathered all of that on some drumsticks, and I'm letting them sit right now before I put them in the oven. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
