another Serenity update

Warning: Variety-speak within. Basically, it seems the date change has more to do with an overall shift in Universal's schedule than anything else. Not sure if it makes me feel better or not.
And hopefully y'all have already seen Adam's post on the OB about this, but if not, it's worth a look. What would you do to be at that screening, eh?

Two Firefly novels announced in addition to the movie novelization, scheduled for 2006. Not gonna help tide us over til September, but it's something.

Also, when news of Minear's new show came out, I thought I remembered some other Jossverse vet being on a show like that, and somebody just reminded me: Wasn't NF supposed to be on a show with a similar premise? Obviously not gonna happen now, cause he's gonna be busy with all those Serenity sequels :-D
