Damn it. I think the sauce is a good one, but unfortunately I left the chicken in the oven too long. Should have just taken them out when it seemed like they were done, rather than following the chicken's cooking time instructions. And the flavor didn't quite make it too deep inside the meat. I should probably let them sit a while longer next time, as well as maybe cutting into the meat a bit to let the sauce seep in.
Oh well... lesson learned, and I've still got some drumsticks left to experiment with. :)
